We were there for dinner and luckily still got a table for my family with 2 young children. We had a great look at the lake. The service was friendly and they also made a few jokes with our kids :) one of them was even able to speak English so we were able to understand them. For our kids we ordered the fish with fries and chicken nuggets. The fish really looked good and was tasteful, the chicken nuggets, however, seemed like just being some cheap frozen made up nuggets, not even a filet deep fried. Also the meals for our kids we served quite quick but everything else afterwards just took too much time! We had to wait very long for ours and in the mean time our children were done already and again had to be entertained. It was the same for dessert and even for the bill and paying we had to wait too long. I had the Paccheri Imperial and it was actually quite good. A lot of clam, mussels and shrimps, really tasty. The Mousse au chocolat again was disappointing, the Tarte au citron my wife ordered was way better but also has room for improvement. Overall I would say the restaurant is just overpriced. The steak we ordered was bloody and "Ă point" was delivered very much blue - when sending it back to get a bit more love from the grill the sides just disappeared. The pasta we ordered was overcooked and very bland. By far the best thing on the table was fries which were great.
But the biggest offence was the service. We ordered drinks 2 times before we actually got them, reorder of sparkling water took 4 tries. Dishes were served to wrong people multiple times, there was confusion with dishes being brought to the table that were not ordered, ...

Certes la terrasse Ă©tait dĂ©jĂ bien remplie mais si on nâarrive pas Ă assurer un service au complet, soit on gĂšre mieux le flux des rĂ©servations soit on bloque, faire de la quantitĂ© est un fait mais au vu du standing de lâĂ©tablissement et de la clientĂšle la qualitĂ© doit ĂȘtre une prioritĂ©.
Ăa commence par une longue attente avant de recevoir notre vin et nos entrĂ©es.
Mais tout se gĂąte quand les plats arrivent, la cuisson du bĆuf nâĂ©tait pas respectĂ©e, loin dâĂȘtre tendre et servi avec soit disant une sauce truffe qui avait tranchĂ©e et trĂšs liquide alors quâils annoncent une sauce au vin rouge.. (certes la sauce truffe est bien plus qualitative que la sauce proposĂ©e de base mais faudrait au moins la rĂ©ussir ou lâannoncer sur la carte et Ă©trange de servir une sauce truffe au mĂȘme prix.. pas le mĂȘme cost non?..) Ensuite, la sauce qui accompagnait nos perches Ă©tait Ă©galement insipide et nous attendons toujours la salade verte qui nâest jamais arrivĂ©e.
Nous nous plaignons malgrĂ© nous auprĂšs du serveur concernant la cuisson de la viande et de la sauce, il nous propose de refaire le plat mais nous avons refusĂ© car lâattente aurait Ă©tĂ© longue.. et nous Ă©tions tous entrain de manger. Cerise sur le gĂąteau ce dernier se braque et nous rĂ©ponds trĂšs agacĂ© « dĂ©jĂ vous nâarrĂȘtez pas de nous demander des choses et je vous propose une solution et vous refusez ».. Pardon ?? Sa rĂ©action impulsive et nonchalante Ă fait que nous ne voulions plus rien. Nous avons donc pas touchĂ© au bĆuf.
Avec une telle rĂ©ponse et dâagacement qui en dit long sur lâambiance, je pense que ce Monsieur devrait fortement songer Ă une reconversion.
De ce fait, Monsieur Ă©tant agacĂ©, il Ă©vitait notre table donc bien entendu que nous avons attendu de longues, longues minutes avant dâĂȘtre dĂ©barrassĂ©.. Interessant comme sensation que dâĂȘtre complĂštement dĂ©laissĂ© par son serveur.. Une belle expĂ©rience client.
Son collĂšgue prends le relai, ce Monsieur Ă©tait bien plus professionnel et aimable, dâun cĂŽtĂ© difficile de faire pire..
Lâaddition arrive, et Ă©videmment le bĆuf Ă©tait dessus.. Nous vous remercions pour les limoncello.
Aucune considération, la cuisine et le service ne suivent pas malgré un cadre agréable.
Il manque la prĂ©sence dâun Manager pour cadrer tout ça malgrĂ© les petites apparitions du Chef qui semblait assez prĂ©occupĂ© par la situation et sĂ»rement conscient de la mĂ©diocre prestation fournie lors de ce service.
