Für mich ist die Métairie de Pierrefeu eine der schönsten die ich kenne. Sie ist noch urtümlich geblieben und nicht wie leider viele andere zu einem Restaurant umgebaut worden. Ein Besuch ist jedesmal ein Erlebnis. Am Morgen kann bei der Käseherstellung zugesehen werden. Und anschliessend kann der feine Greyerzer AOP direkt preisgünstig...

Bon accueil dans une "stube"très conviviale. Meilleures saucisses à rôtir de porc d'Europe centrale et des environs👍👍👍 Dommage, que la patronne n'a pas pu m'en vendre à l'emporter😥 Je reviendrai les déguster sur place et repartirai avec un délicieux gruyère...
