Nice staff, I suggest working on the food. We were very hungry, so have found this restaurant on our way. At first, its logo and look were horrible, we thought that it was something cheap and bad. Well, no, the restaurant was full. Despite this, the staff was nice and the food came quickly: 15min I guess. We ordered some pasta and tartare. The pasta was tasty but had no salt. Also, the cocktail “Hugo” was very strange. It had some yellow color and tasted sour. Not how “Hugo” should be. So yeah, nice staff but take care of the food and the logo should be refreshed.

Went for a spontaneous dinner and really enjoyed it! Best off make a reservation during high season, as it got really busy quickly. Lovely ambiente, with view of the dock, playground and lake. Staff was really friendly, only spoke french. They have meat, vegetarian and vegan options available. The vegan risotto was filled with lots of seasonal vegetables. Good food, could use more seasonings and salt, but salt & pepper on the table did the job. Great spot to end the day after exploring. Can recommend and would go again.

Un joli moment les pieds (presque) dans l’eau. Le Pilotis, c’est l’adresse parfaite pour profiter de la vue sur le lac tout en partageant un bon repas entre amis ou en famille. L’ambiance est dĂ©tendue, lumineuse, avec ces grandes ouvertures qui laissent entrer la lumiĂšre et la vue. Le personnel est un vrai plus : chaleureux, souriant, toujours prĂȘt Ă  Ă©changer un mot gentil ou Ă  s’assurer qu’on ne manque de rien. Ça change tout ! CĂŽtĂ© assiette : une cuisine simple et bonne, gĂ©nĂ©reuse et sans chichis. Petit bĂ©mol sur le rostbeef ce jour-lĂ , un peu ferme, mais il restait savoureux et bien accompagnĂ©. Le reste Ă©tait parfaitement exĂ©cutĂ©, et on sent qu’on vient ici pour passer un vrai bon moment, pas pour compter les miettes. Pratique : le parking est juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© — mĂȘme si, il faut le dire, il se remplit vite les beaux jours ! Mieux vaut prĂ©voir un peu d’avance pour ĂȘtre tranquille. Bref, un endroit oĂč on se sent bien accueilli, oĂč l’on profite du cadre et oĂč l’on mange bien. Parfait pour prolonger la soirĂ©e au bord du lac en toute simplicitĂ©.

I have been living in Neuchñtel for many years now. I highly recommend this restaurant the view on the lake is amazing. Plenty of room around to walk and enjoy. It’s also a great place for kids Regarding the restaurant it is very popular among the locals
