Jatzhütte — Restaurant in Davos

Jatzhütte is one of the most iconic mountain huts in Davos, perfectly located right at the top of Jakobshorn. I visited during the winter season after a great morning on the slopes. The panoramic views from the large outdoor terrace are absolutely spectacular, with sweeping views over Davos and the surrounding alpine peaks. I ordered a classic bratwurst with rösti — simple, perfectly grilled, and full of flavor — exactly what you want after skiing. The atmosphere is energetic but relaxed, with a fun après-ski vibe starting already from lunchtime. Really nice mountain hut. It's a bar, a restaurant, a viewing platform of the amazing view and an outdoor club. Service is extremely quick. Food was good, lots of vegetarian options. Nice music with a DJ. Two even. Bad ventilation inside, but it's outside that counts with the views anyway. Just maybe wear a mask when you go to the toilet if you like...

Geilster Après-Ski in der Schweiz ⛷️🎈 Für diejenigen, die nicht mit den Ski oder dem Snowboard kommen wollen, können auch eine Einzelfahrt (Hin und Zurück) in der Talstation vom Jakobshorn buchen. Diese kostet jedoch stolze CHF 45. Damit ihr zur Jatzhütte kommt, müsst ihr zwei Gondeln nehmen 🚠🚡 Oben angekommen, könnt ihr entweder 10 Minuten zur Hütte laufen (auf einer Traverse) oder eine kleine Gondel nehmen. Diese Empfehle ich jedoch auf dem Rückweg zu verwenden. In der Jatzhütte kann man auch Liegestühle reservieren, die man bis spätestens um 11:00 Uhr bezogen haben muss. Diese kosten CHF 50 (für zwei Personen) und werden bedient (Essen und Trinken). Kann ich also nur empfehlen. Der Service, die Getränke und auch das Essen sind wirklich super! Während dem Tag läuft sicherlich immer klassischer Après-Ski Sound. Teilweise sind aber auch spezielle Events (Munggatanz, Tanz im Schnee, Jatz-Love etc.), wo auch mal andere Musik...
