In Segnas ist im Ustaria Cresta mit dem neuen Betreiberpaar Sara und René ein neuer Stern aufgegangen. Beide haben langjährige Erfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie und ihre Leidenschaft die Gäste zu verwöhnen, ist von der ersten Minute an spürbar. Das Speiseangebot ist klein gehalten, dafür wird alles frisch zubereitet. Als Hauptgang habe ich mich für das Schweinskotelette mit Safranrisotto und Lauch entschieden. Eine wahre Explosion der Geschmacksnerven. Jeder Bissen ist so ein Gaumenschmaus und die Hoffnung entsteht, dass es nie enden möchte… Der dazu von René empfohlene Wein hat das Ganze exzellent abgerundet. Zum Abschluss gab es als Überraschungsdessert Kaiserschmarrn, der so fluffig und leicht daherkam, dass er im Magen auch noch Platz fand.
