Bergrestaurant Skihütte Feldis — Restaurant in Domleschg

Wow! That's how a bergrestaurant should be! We went on our typical weekly hike in the alps, saw a sign leading to a restaurant on lunch time and went to see what it would bring with no expectations at all after few weeks where we didn't manage to find interesting authentic mountain restaurants experiences. And then came Bergrestaurant Feldis :) the place is nicely organised and designed, immediately you get the feeling there is a strong feminine spirit leading the place, correct, accurate and detailed, whether it's the menu, the tableware or the bathroom, everything notifies you that this place is properly maintained. Unfortunately, due to our not so good experience the last former weeks we were a bit suspicious checking the menu, yet we were hungry so we went all in on sausages and ordered all of their options. As the food arrived we quickly understood the place isn't just properly designed and maintained, the kitchen is definitely leading the show in this place! The fermented vegetables escorting the sausages were amazing and we felt sorry we didn't ordered the daily portions made entirely in the kitchen. In order to keep enjoying the quality hand in the kitchen we ordered all of the interesting ice cream options, which were topped with the Hay ice cream and the golden milk homemade in the restaurant - very recommended!

Wir haben eine Nacht in der Jurte übernachtet und uns hat der Aufenthalt unglaublich gut gefallen. Das Team ist sehr herzlich und aufgeschlossen. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Allgemein merkt man, dass hier viel Wert auf die stilvolle Gestaltung der Hütte gelegt wird. Gleichzeitig ist auch die Qualität der Speisen sehr gut. Man achtet sehr auf Regionalität und unterstützt hier viele kleine regionale Produzenten, anstatt alles aus dem Großhandel zu beziehen.
