What a hidden gem ! We have dined several time at Auberge de Dully and will always come back for some good chicken.
The signature roast chicken was simply just so juicy and delicious, serving with unlimited salad and rösti. Friendly French & English speaking staffs, they came around regularly to check on us to ensure the food was good, and if we need more sides.
We love the roast chicken and you can choose the right portion for you. It was sufficient for 4 of us ( an Asian family) to share 2 whole chickens. We have once tried the Tarte À la Crème ( recommended by a gentlemen who lived locally). It was good, but since it came as whole tart so it was quite a lot for even 5 adults. (happy problem to have :) )
The poulet grill positioned in the middle of the restaurant , so it can be a little bit warm to be seated around it during the summer time. But don't you worry, the restaurant has an extended area ( still indoor) with air-conditioning. So choose where you sit and wisely !!! My family prefer to be seated in the extended area in the summer and in the middle of the restaurant after a good day of skiing in the winter.
The restaurant located in a neighbourhood where is easier to access if you have a car. The parking space is quite narrow by the side of the road but there will be available spots most of the time. This is the only reason for a 4star for the location.
Additionally, at the back of the restaurant, there is a 'Honor system' store selling fresh apple juice and grape juice. Look for it, i promise you won't regret. Thank me later...

The Auberge is fine for drivers visiting either the city of Geneva (just over half hour drive) or the area - easy parking, small spotless rooms, quiet, nice breakfast. ||||Rather perversely we didn't dine at the Auberge - no free evening time - but the restaurant is a major plus for staying here. Reserve in advance of your trip - it can get fully booked. Extensive Swiss/Bordeaux wine selection, Swiss chicken or Scottish lamb the speciality. There are plenty of signed photos of past famous sportsmen guests from Fittipaldi to Federer (and Hamilton). Curiously - given that UEFA headquarters are but a short drive down the road - no footballers ! ||||Ring if you're going to arrive late - they will just leave the key in the room for you. ||Staff are French-speaking but can handle simple English. ||||Room safe.||Swiss sockets (reception has adapters for your European plugs).||Good free...
