The Cordon Bleu with Valais apricots is the best cordon bleu I’ve ever tasted! Cozy restaurant in the middle of the rustic old town of Eischoll, up a lift a ways in the Valais Canton of the Swiss Alps. The atmosphere is wonderful but the food there was totally amazing! Ontzettend lekkere abrikozen cordon bleu en schnitzel gegeten. Wij kunnen wel zeggen de beste tot nu toe ooit gegeten. Uiterst luchtige krokante korst, kaas perfect van smaak, lekkere bijgerechten, wat groenten erbij en met een witbier een heerlijke maaltijd combinatie. Gezellig knus biertuintje in het authentieke Zwitsers bergdorpje Eischoll. Het vlees komt van de lokale boeren die de dieren goed behandelen, dat wordt benadrukt door de vriendelijke Wirtin. Top bediening, mag gaag horen dat alles in orde is. Mocht je rond Eischoll gaan wandelen of het dorp passeren, stop hier dan even voor wat drinken en/of eten.
