McDonald's Restaurant — Restaurant in Embrach

I recently visited McDonald's in Embrach with a group of four people, hoping for a quick and tasty meal. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations.

Firstly, we placed our order at 8:58 PM, anticipating a prompt delivery. However, it took an excessive amount of time, and despite reminding the staff twice, we finally received our order at 9:25 PM. By this time, the food had already gone cold, resulting in unpleasantly chewy burgers and fries.

To add to our disappointment, my personalized cheeseburger was missing from the order. When I approached the cashier to inquire about the missing item, I was handed a cold, hour-old cheeseburger with a dismissive comment of "sorry, dear." I found this response disrespectful and unsatisfactory.

Overall, our visit to McDonald's was marred by delays, cold food, and poor customer service. These issues need to be addressed to ensure a better dining experience...
