Very bad service. We had cheese fondue. First, it comes without meat. They served just bread and potatoes. When bread finished we asked for more because there was still cheese left, but it took so much time that the cheese was almost all burned. Then we asked for coffee and our waiter woman forgot about it, the same like she forgot about bread. Also for children we asked one drink but they brought another. And many other moments which we would not have place to mention all. When we went there second time as we had no time to search for another fondue restaurant in lunch time unfortunately they brought us old-ish and hard bread for fondue. We said nothing still. But when we had to order new bread again it took again so much time that again cheese was getting burned or cold if we stopped it burning. When we finally said that service was not good and we are not happy (because of some other things too) they said aggressively that we have to leave the restaurant!!!! Ogni anno da 5 anni a questa parte veniamo in questo ristorante Ieri sera grandissima delusione, mi sono sentito fregato e poi ho capito perché ( nuova gestione), in effetti all'entrata avevo visto molte facce nuove.

Non puoi servire 120-150 grammi a testa di chinoise per 52 franchi con un terzo che è pollo!! E se come nel passato, quando era gratuito, chiedi ancora un po' di carne, ti fatturano altri 30 franchi senza dirti niente. Se me li fai pagare ME LO DEVI DIRE! In tutta la Svizzera se mangio chinoise e ne chiedo ancora, me la offrono e se te la faccio pagare ti avviso che te la faccio pagare. Anche perché, non pretendo di mangiare a volontà ma se mi porti ancora qualche pezzetto a testa una volta sola, praticamente tutti te la offrono. Specialmente se ti faccio pagare più di 50 franchi per 120-150 grammi di carne con un terzo di pollo.

In più fatturare 5 franchi per mezzo litro di acqua del rubinetto gassato col soda stream è già di per sé una truffa, se poi ti prendo una bottiglia di vino e me li fatturi uguali a qualcuno che mangia solo un'insalata e non beve vino, di ristorazione e fidelizzazione del cliente, non avete capito nulla.

Oltretutto anche il servizio non al top. Passino le attese , che ci possono anche stare, ma se ti ordino il vino non puoi portarmelo dopo 5 minuti che mi hai portato il mangiare, e solo perché te lo faccio notare...

Caro nuovo gerente, non credo ci rivedremo, anche perché continuando così vivrete di rendita grazie alla gestione precedente, per qualche mese ancora e poi inizieranno i problemi... Spero potrete approfittare di queste critiche/ consigli e correggere il tiro perché così non...

Much anticipated but ruined by incompetent management. Our table of 4 adults was sited in a part of the dining area hosting an under 8s party. At 9pm on a Satirday night. No manager in the place and the staff unable to see the issue. We were moved to a quieter area doors closed and the screaming kids left behind but only after our complaint. And ultimately, an excellent meal was a let down. Oh and recompense? The charge for tap water, 5 swf pp was waived. The restaurant wasn't full on a Saturday night, perhaps the owners have got...
