B&B Le Pernollet — Restaurant in Evionnaz

I'm an American and was traveling on business. I had the weekend to explore Switzerland before heading to my next destination. I'm very glad I found this quiet retreat for a break from flying around all of Europe going from meeting to meeting. The rooms were extremely clean and well decorated. The porch had a beautiful view and was the perfect place to relax and read a book or take a nap. I had dinner in the restaurant my first night. I ate the beef bone marrow and cold roast beef with fries. Everything was fresh and delicious and well prepared. I couldn't be happier with my choices. I will likely come back here...next time for a real vacation...

What an awesome and unexpected find! Run by a lovely couple who are super kind and welcoming. We couldn’t speak French but they made great effort to communicate with us. The rooms were clean, comfortable and warm. The shared bathroom was huge and fantastic. The food and wine was amazing. Can we talk about those gorgeous looking boiled eggs that looked like porcelain! They made such great effort to make these beautiful eggs, we didnt want to crack and eat them, they were so beautiful. I would absolutely come back again!!!!...
