McDonald’s — Restaurant in Füllinsdorf

Ordered a BigMac and some other items including the wonderful Apple Pies. The BigMac looked very odd because the burger was extremely thin, the bread was very soggy because, I guess, it was left for sometime and not freshly made. The salad was also not fresh and crisp. A couple of the staff should have extra hygiene training. None of them wore protective gloves ! One kept rubbing her hands through her hair and adjusting her clothing. There was a strong smell of cooking oil wafting from the kitchen into the restaurant which was on my clothes when I left !! No extractor fans noticeable !! Not the best McDonald Mac I've eaten. Been there a couple of times, mainly using drive-through. The few times that we've had Jerome serving us, have by far been the best experience in costumer connection and service in general. His outgoing friendliness and genuine care for people becomes very apparent in the way he talks, in comparison to the other employees we've experienced, who have a complete lack of socials skills and friendliness. They seemed to not want to be there at all times. Jerome actually tries to make an effort and has always left us smiling with his small talk skills. My first visit to this particular branch of McDonald's. Perhaps it is because I visited between midday and 13:00, that the service wasn't great.

First of all the touchscreens weren't very tactile and I had to push very hard to confirm each entry.

Next when I got to my table I discovered that part of my order (M&M McFlurry) was missing.

Then when I bit into my Big Mac I discovered that there was no bacon on it which I had ordered especially.
