In the last couple of decades it has been a trend for wealthy people to move to Kanton Schwyz to save on taxes. And along with this trend, the lovely laid back villages have been replaced with luxery apartments stacked on top of each other like Lego on crack and trendy restaurants with 10 franc coffees.

How refreshing that Beül has retained its identity. This is the definition of a real Swiss beiz. The food is hearty, the portions meant for hard working farmers, and the prices are more than fair. I paid CHF22 for the pictured lunch which also included a soup or salad. The service is very nice and the view is breathtaking. I can't wait to go...

We had an amazing meal with the stunning view to the lake Zurich this past Sunday in this restaurant !!! Everything was super fresh and delicious, the staff is so nice and attentive and the whole atmosphere was just perfect for a happy time. Also, I thought the menu was outstanding with many different choices from vegetarian, to Swiss, to Oriental and many more options. We’ve never experienced it like this before. All my friends really enjoyed the welcoming environment of Zum Paradies and we will come back here many more times !!! Thanks a lot for creating this concept !!!...
