Although reachable by car, I highly recommend you do the fairly easy hiking loop from Les Rasses to Le Chasseron, the views are amazing and this restaurant is placed exactly where it should be for a pit stop halfway. I had the Rösti with goat cheese and it completely blew me away. The service was outstanding, and it was a great privilege to meet the little donkeys and to eat with the sound of a symphony...

Très joli chalet d'alpage ouvert de mai à octobre avec de jolies promenades possibles aux alentours. L'accès en voiture se fait par un chemin à voie unique et vous pourrez y rencontrer des vaches se promenant en toute liberté. La qualité des plats est variable la dernière fois les röstis n'étaient pas assez cuits, mais je conseille les délicieuses croûtes au fromage. Petite carte servie à des prix abordables par des propriétaires chaleureux et fort sympathiques. L'entrée se fait par la cuisine et les odeurs nous ouvrent les papilles.
