We stayed in the Hotel Go-In during the low season with three families. The owner, Daniel was very kind and accommodating while we made the reservation and throughout the whole stay. We rented the apartment and two other rooms, since the hotel was empty, but during the busy season at least 7 people could stay in a room comfortably. The design is simple but nice, and the apartmant has a really good sound system, and a kitchen to use, however no oven. Thankfully the owner was kind enough to let us use the main kitchen downstairs (just for the oven), and the blonde lady on the fornt desk was more than accomodating when we asked her help to arrrange it. She was smiling all the time, making jokes with us, and she acted the same way while she was teaching school kids for archery. ||||We liked to enjoy the evenings and afternoons in the terrace downstairs, especially since the weather was extreamly hot during our stay. Usually the owner and other workers saw us, and politely said hi, however during one of these afternoons a very rude lady came to us while we were enjoying a cold beer on the sun, that we are not allowed to sit outside with our drinks. I do beleive that she could be the other owner. It took us with surpirse as it was already our 3rd day there, and so far we were sitting outside there with no issues. Her reasoning was, that we are sitting in the restaurant's terrace (which was empty) and showing that picnic is allowed for the non existing other guests. I myself work in hospitality, and I do understand when these issues occure, however taken the fact that there were no other guests staying in the hotel, I did not see the point of being rude to us (especially since before it seemed ok). Even if they would've tell us with a polite manner, I would understand and then forget about it, but she had such and attitude and tone, like she tried to school some kids about manners, it was awful. Defenietly not something I am looking for while planning the family getaway. Surely it did not ruin our stay, however, she did not make us feel welcome either, therefore i wouldn't come...

Read moreThis hotel is really cool. It is located directly at the slopes, perfect for your skiing trip. Some rooms have a balcony with a nice view on the mountains. Also it is only five minutes walk to the village where you will find bars, restaurants and a grocery store. Staff are extremely friendly and supportive in case you need any advice. Rooms are rather simple but well sized and it really has anything you need. |We will definitely be back at this hotel for our next...
