Segneshütte — Restaurant in Flims

Hi. Sorry for not elaborating on my review earlier. The 3* note is because although the great and nice service, the amazing view and location, I would have expected better food experience, specially as the cabin is the only restaurant in the area with large amounts of visitors as it looked when we visited there. Other than the fries which were good, everything else wasn't much interesting and there was not much diversification in the menu. We travel a lot in the mountains and usually, remote alone standing restaurants has some special local delights which are less basic than the "usual swiss mountain cabin menu". I hope you'll take this review as a note to improve and I'm sure you'll be great! Would love to visit again in case the menu...

last minute decision to book to sleep under the stars July 17th. Equipment is all new an high quality, the location is perfect, a rim of mountains that the sun sinks behind as stars very slowly appear. Total silence, not many places that you can get that. Very friendly hosts, good food on the whole, big views, big dog, big waterfalls and beautiful flowers, walk it or gondola it......the choice is yours. I recently visited Segeneshütte and overall, my experience was just okay.

While the location was quite lovely and the staff were friendly, I was left feeling a bit underwhelmed.

The amenities were limited and I felt that the place could use some updating.

However, if you're looking for a simple and quiet place to stay in the area, Segeneshütte may be a good option.

But if you're looking for a more luxurious experience, you may want to consider other options. Overall, I would rate my experience a 3...
