We very much enjoyed the cordon bleu at the Gasthaus Rössli. They have a whole menu page dedicated to cordon bleu variations, but we chose the classic ham and cheese version (Hundsgwöhnlech). The cordon bleu came out perfectly fried, crispy on the outside and flavorful on the inside. Also, the tagliatelle with fresh porcini mushrooms (Steinpilzen) dish was nice. We ordered an asparagus soup, the Solothurn white wine soup (Solothurner "Wysswii-Suppe"), and a green salad as well. Mein Zimmer war zwar klein aber für meine 4 Nächte Aufenthalt auf jeden fall mehr als ausreichend. Leider ist jedoch keine Klimaanlage oder ähnliches vorhanden. Dies würde aber nicht zum rustikalen und schönen altem Ambiente passen. Das Cordon-bleu auf der Speisekarte kann ich nur empfehlen....
