We read some positive reviews about this hotel so we decided to book 2 rooms: one for us and one for our daughter. We received a very cold reception and the owner said she had no reservation so no rooms for us. She was just shaking her head and said nothing. She then phoned another hotel (next door) and meanwhile my husband looked at her tablet and saw his first name so he said: look, you do have my name there. However, she said it was only for one room. We never had this problem before when we booked through booking.com. In the end she said she did have another room for our daughter: much smaller and without toilet. We had the impression she knew she had given our room to some one else because of her strange reaction when we arrived (can't be sure about this, of course). In any case, friendly she was not. Hotel is new renovated. The hotel room has a good size and a very comfortable bed. Hotel offers a nice breakfast and delicious food. Everything is fresh. We liked the water "fontain" where you can get sparkling, still and hot water for a tea for free. Furthermore the hotel has a nice big (4 people) jacuzzi. We liked the additional information provided in the room - details about many different activities for everyone. Possible to get a massage on your own charge at the hotel. After check out in the morning and a long hike they gave us the possibility to take a shower. The hotel owner and staff is very customer and service oriented.
