If you travel from Zürich by train, go first to Kreuzlingen (1 hour trip, right at the border). Then change trains and in 2 minutes you will have reached the Tägerwilen-Gottlieben train station (make sure to press the stop button beforehand; otherwise the train won't stop). From the train station you need to walk about 15-20 minutes and then you will have reached the café, right next to the Rhine River. Siamo arrivati e c'era l'insegna con Waffels e Flammkuchen. Seduti al tavolo abbiamo aspettato 15 minuti prima che arrivasse un cameriere. Ordiniamo le Flammkuchen e dopo altri minuti d'attesa ritorna informandoci che non fanno nè Waffels nè Flammkuchen, ma se vogliamo possiamo avere una quiche. Tuttavia l'attesa è di 30 minuti. Affamati decidiamo d'ordinare una quiche lo stesso. Il cameriere se ne va e dopo 15 minuti ci portano le bevande in bottiglia ordinati. 40 minuti passano e arrivano le quiche. Nessuno che ci chiede se fosse tutto okay ecc. Alla fine abbiamo speso 60.- franchi per tre quiches (nulla di speciale) e tre bevande, senza calcolare oltre 1 ora d'attesa.

Siamo coscienti che a volte non è facile gestire i clienti, ma quel giorno non era super affollato. Inoltre erano in 2 dietro al bar e 2 in terrazza. Tuttavia uno dei camerieri doveva continuamente andare dietro al bancone a preparare le comande siccome le ragazze erano super impegnate a chiacchierare tra di loro.

Direi che il nome dell'azienda non rispecchia per nulla la qualità del ristorante, senza parlare del servizio.
