Blüemlisalp is a very rustic and traditional place. If you would like to eat inside to do get reservations, as the place is very small.

The outdoor space and the view are beautiful and the food is usually homemade and excellent. The dishes served are traditional Swiss, including seasonal specialities, such as a butchers table.

The outside area includes plenty of tables, that in the summer get quite crowded. As it is a self-service outdoor space you have to order inside. When ordering food, this might take a while to prepare so make sure you have plenty of time and you don’t...

I like Bluemisalp, its in a wonderful location with lovely views of the Erlenbach countryside and the Alps towards Luzerne on one side and Austria on the other. Good traditional Swiss food but a much broader selection of drinks than you might expect. Will always come...
