Urmiberg Luftsailbahn Bergstation — Restaurant in Ingenbohl

Today we took the cable car from Brunnen to the Umriberg. In the mountain restaurant we had an excellent meal and enjoyed the fantastic view. What pleased us very much; we had hardly taken a seat at our table CC already got water from Radka. Exceptionally friendly service and hospitality. We also appreciate when regional products are used in the kitchen. David is a master of his craft here. Many heartfelt thanks to Radka, David and Adéla for their excellent hospitality.... 💕

Since we were already on the Umriberg, I did not want to miss the opportunity to climb the Stockflue. ATTENTION: This is an alpine hiking trail... marked white/blue/white.... not suitable for sneaker tourists... you should be sure-footed and free from vertigo. In exposed places steel cables or iron ladders are attached... the view was...

We only had a glass of wine and water but the service to get it was fantastic and non intrusive.

Since we paid cash for the cable car, we paid cash for our drinks and cannot comment on whether the restaurant accepts credit cards. (It would be helpful if the cable car starts accepting credit cards but I will say that this probably makes the restaurant less busy which was fantastic for us since it was not crowded and like having the view all to ourselves.
