I reserved for today for 10 people online a few days in advance. Upon arrival, noone knew about the reservation and no seats and tables were prepared. The table that was given to us were dirty and the benches as well. I had to actively ask to clean up the table and cleaned the bench myself. The floor was still a mess from earlier guests.
