Ristorante dal moderno design urbano. Cucina aperta con cuochi giovani e motivati e servizio cordiale e affascinante. Il padrone di casa ha condotto la serata con competenza e cordialità. I piatti erano di livello stellare (senza pretese). Molto ben studiati, ma non eccessivamente pesanti. Il menu degustazione sembrava una staffetta. Dove finiva il sapore di un piatto, iniziava quello successivo. Molto armonioso. Complimenti, continuate così. Da consigliare per palati curiosi.

Lokal mit modernem urbanen Design. Offene Küche mit jungen motivierten Köchen und freundlichem, charmanten Service. Der Gastgeber führte durch den Abend mit Kompetenz und Herzlichkeit. Die Gerichten waren auf (unprätentiösem) Sterneniveau. Sehr durchdacht, aber nicht kopflastig. Das Degustationsmenu fühlte sich an wie ein Staffettenlauf. Wo das Mundgefühl eines Gerichtes endete, fing das Nächste an. Sehr harmonisch. Kompliment weiter so.
