Today we had a terrible experience! When we entered 12:15, the waitress asked when our party was complete. We told her we were early. 5 minutes later again the question where the rest of our party of 8 was. We had a reservation at 12:30! At that time it was only 12:20!!! At 12:28 again the waitress!! we needed to order because, our table because was reserverd again at 14:00 o clock. The waitress was very RUDE ! When you reserve with 8 persons and are willing to pay CHF 60/70 per person for steak maybe you can welcome your gasts!!! Don’t go! There are very nice and friendly restaurants nearby!...

Cancelled my reservation 1 hour before and after I drove 1.5hrs from Zurich, only to say in a very rude email that I should check the weather and cable car status before arriving. Here's an idea - maybe you should inform your clients of the caveats together with a cable car status link in your reservation.
