Kaizen Japanese Cuisine — Restaurant in Lens

My boyfriend and I came here in the summer and I can truly say it’s one of the best restaurants in the region. You get top quality for a fair price (which, let’s be honest, is basically unheard of in Swizterland). As a New Yorker, I’ve been very fortunate to have some top-level sushi and I’m really picky about it. I had yet to find anything above mediocre quite literally throughout the country… But this was FANTASTIC. You can tell there’s a lot of care, expertise, and detail in every single ingredient that is put out.

The service was absolutely wonderful, as well - very kind, helpful, passionate staff. Hats off and bravo to this whole team. I’ll definitely check out their sister restaurant in Madrid next...

We tried this cozy japanese resto few weeks ago which is located in the heart of Swiss Alps, Crans-Montana. Everything was perfect and exquisite, from the food they serve to how warm they treat us since we got in.

The food was incredibly delicious. We tried some Nigiris and Rolls and they were all fresh and so good. We ordered also some of their hot plates and starters and everything was flavorful.

The restaurant offers a very classy and warm atmosphere with a beautiful view of Alps mountains. 👌

I spent a week in Switzerland with a friend some weeks ago and visited the japanese restaurant Kaizen, in Crans Montana. The whole experience was AMAZING, from the location (beautiful views from the restaurant windows) to the excellent food. The dishes are very creative and presented delicately and impeccably, such as the dry ice sashimi. Everything was so yummy. We even went twice and no doubt I would go again. Friendly and professional staff. Totally recommended. A MUST-visit in Switzerland and Crans...
