Ustria Trutg — Restaurant in Lumnezia

We stayed here with our family (2 boys ages 10 and 15) for one night on a five-day hiking trip through Graubunden with Swisstrails. This was one of our favorite hotels on the trip; the setting is beautiful, the rooms clean, comfortable, the hostess very responsive and friendly and helpful. Our rooms had glass doors opening to small patios where we could sit and look out over the town. While we were sitting there a few cows were herded by, bells ringing. We had a lovely breakfast; the restaurant was closed that night for dinner but it is a beautiful space and clearly well cared for. Looks like a perfect spot for winter skiing; close to a ski lift, lots of amenities in the town of Vella but still small, quiet,...

Always really enjoy having dinner at Ustria Trutg . The chef Tomas Gautschi and his wife Martina , offer the best quality in local food . I alway really enjoy the Graubunder Schnecken and the absolutely amazing Capuns ! Also for the big diners its perfect as the portions are very royal .
