Chicken Run Restaurant — Restaurant in Meiringen

I visited the Chicken Run this afternoon after some snow play. It was warm inside, very clean and appealing.

We were a party of 6 and all had a great lunch. The orders for Drinks are on an auto station and coffees are self service. The hot chocolate was great.

Food was great and everyone including my 8 year old fussy eater was satisfied. Prices range from CHF 6.5 for wings to CHF17 for burgers.

Wings were a hit and we ordered more.

One of the two women on staff was really rude to me and to my daughter, very brusquely ordering us to sit down until our order was ready and then barking at my daughter to look around herself to figure out where to put back the pager. She was perfectly nice and friendly to the Swiss-German speakers. We never had any bad experiences at other restaurants...

The place is cozy and the guy was really friendly. He tuns the place alone and still brought the food out in 10 minutes. The chicken burget was so good. The chicken was juicy fresh and crispy.
