We (my friend, I and four kids) visited the restaurant at around 12 o'clock on 17th Oct 2018. None of us can speak French but we managed to order the food in English. My friend ordered the lunch menu which was curry chicken with rice and I ordered noodles with Napoli sauce. The salads which came with the main courses were not properly dressed and mixed. The rice was very dry and hard as if it was left heated for too long. The noodles came looking like a big soggy pile with a dollop of bland runny sauce in the middle. nobody came to ask if we were happy with the meals at all and we waited for 20 mins to get our bill... as polite customers we still left decent amount of tips. An hour later, our local friend who speaks perfect french came and we sat down again in the restaurant. The friend ordered the same noodles with Napoli sauce which looked way better than mine. I don't know the taste but it looked like proper restaurant food that was worth 16chf. unfortunately my non French speaking friend got the worst cup of cappuccino she has ever tasted--- looked and tasted like the water from cleaning the coffee filter!!! Shame on you ESPACE MONT NOBLE! you may have one of the most beautiful surroundings in Nax but your attitude determines your latitude! highly recommend non French speakers avoid this place...

Read moreVery beautiful location, very bad service. 20 mins waiting for a coffee(worst watery cappuccino ever!) and 20 mins for the bill. Salad was a simple mix and pasta was a messy pile with sauce smashed on top. Rice was left too long for heating and became hard and dry for the amount of half a baby fist. We didn’t know how the food supposed to look like until we compared ours with the beautiful display of the locals(the ones that could speak French). Highly NOT recommend if you don’t speak French. We were also customers and we paid our bill with tips. Now I wonder, for what did they...
