Good, fresh food and good choice of different meals and vegetable choice. BUT being reprimanded by the chef kok that apparently we're taking too much side dish with our sausage meal and we could not take more???? And in a way that he clearly thinks customers are out to take advantage of the restaurant instead of thinking customers are king.... The lady at the check out was very nice and apologised but this clearly spoiled the mood. We wanted to pick a dessert afterwards but strangely enough our appetite had completely disappeared.... This is not the way to build customer...

Rude and Disrespectful Treatment of an Elderly Customer

A disgrace: my father-in-law, who is over 70 years old, took a plate of vegetables and was waiting in line to pay for it. Suddenly, the manager, a Black woman, started yelling at him from behind, saying that he had to pay first and only then take the food. Even though he was already in line to pay, he was treated like a thief. The lack of manners and respect makes me understand why this place has so many terrible reviews. To be avoided...

The food was tasty and cooked on the spot. Unfortunately the customer service by one employee specifically was unacceptable. While the cook was preparing my burger (a kind person), a colleague of his (named Flavio) went to him and talked to him about an experience with another customer. I didn't get exactly what he was saying to him, but he was gossipping the customer. Flavio's attitude was disrespectful, and fully unprofessional. I hope next time I visit, I see...
