Brasil Grill — Restaurant in Niederglatt

Don't go there! Se você é brasileiro e quer mostrar o que é um rodízio, não vá aqui!!! I'm not a hater, I'm not hard to please and I often write good reviews about place I had good experience. I traveled to Brasil several times. I cannot understand how other people can give more than two stars to this place. We went on a Sunday evening. And there were only a few people eating. The side bar was very poor, the salad was not fresh and the eggs were already drying out. It was not as on the photos! We took rice, beans and farofa. The sausage (Chouriço) was acceptable. The first pork ribs were ok, the second run they were fatty and didn't taste well at all. The flank (Fraldinha) was dipped in industrial garlic sauce, hard as stone and not eatable. The first run of the picanha was horrible as the pieces were completely dried out from the grill. The second run was better but still unacceptable. The service was unfriendly, apart of the guy bringing the meat. It's overpriced and when I wanted to pay with the credit card, they said the machine is broken and can go across the street to the ATM machine. And we hat gastric problems a few hours later, small but still. And we are used to rodizio. Maybe it was like this because it was Sunday and the restaurant was empty. But this is not an excuse. We got a voucher / Gutschein through another website and the waitress was extremely rude to us. She did not make us feel welcome and behaved in a way, as if we were being served a free meal and as a charity.. What I do not understand is, if the vouchers were supplied as a part of a marketing scheme, it is counterproductive to treat potential future customers this way... No Brasilian Salad, No Passion Fruit... but normal green salad. Staff horrible. I reserved in advance mentioning the voucher; and when we arrived first thing she said was: "Actually you cannot use the voucher on a sunday". So why do you accept the reservation then? Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich sogar keinen Stern geben. Unhöfliche Kellnerin. Wir wollten ein Gutschein verwenden, wobei die Kellnerin nicht zufrieden war. Sie hat uns so behandelt, als ob wir dort Almosen zumute gegessen haben.
