I bought your cheese for the first time today in a Bio Company in Berlin, thinking ‘should I risk it or not’ as I had vegan cheeses before that weren’t good at all. Now i am super excited about it as the ‘soft white’ tastes very much like the cheese I remember eating in my childhood. haven’t had this flavour in quite a while and will happily buy it again!
