Al Ponte Ristorante - Pizzeria — Restaurant in Obergoms

We've been dining qt this location with friends last night. The location is perfect as it is reachable on foot from anywhere within Oberwald. The restaurant is not very big but very clean and charming. The washrooms are very clean. The interior is nicely furnished so that you have your necessary distance to the neighbouring tables. Where this distance is not possible there is a plexiglass separation between the tables. The staff is very speedy and friendly. The food, especially the barley soup (Geratensuppe) was outstanding. We had a very good experience - a nice place with great staff (very friendly despite the amount of people visiting this restaurant👍) and even better food for reasonable swiss prices - we had pizzas Angelina and a burger and there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Surely worth another visit...

Ein Besuch im Al Ponte lohnt sich immer! Insbesondere die liebevoll angerichtete Gommer-Cholera mit dem gemischten Salat als Vorspeise schmeckt ausgezeichnet. Wie mir die Inhaberin mitgeteilt hat, werden für die Zubereitung der Cholera regionale Produkte verwendet – ein Teil davon stammt gar aus dem eigenen Garten, was sich in der Qualität des Gerichts deutlich niederschlägt. Ich habe in der Region in zahlreichen Restaurants Cholera gegessen, jene des Al Ponte belegt in meiner persönlichen Rangliste den Spitzenplatz.
