21 décembre jour de fermeture annuel au dernier service. On nous annonce des plats absents sur la carte, ce qui peut être compréhensible. Nous étions quatre et aucune compensation car l’un de nous manquait d’accompagnement. Le nettoyage du sol derrière notre table pendant le repas n’était pas nécessaire et le bruit des plateaux qui tombent les uns après les autres en cuisine afin de bien nous faire comprendre de partir non plus. La joie de l’équipe en cuisine quand nous nous sommes levé était magnifiquement impolie.
