Literally the best restaurant, I've been in.

The option for pilgrims to get a special menu is already unusual and really good as it is, but what I've got at this restaurant is just unbelievable.

The 3-Course Menu, which comes with a price below any normal/cheap dish you get in other restaurants, was THE BEST I have EVER eaten. I mean normally I imagine salad with some kind of meat and some pommes, when I think about a pilgrim-menu. But there I've got a literal 5 Star menu.

Additionally the personell was very kind and one could see immediately, that they were motivated to work there.

I’ve never written a review like this before, but honestly — this was one of the worst dining environments I’ve ever experienced in Switzerland.

There were flies everywhere — on the food, on the table, and flying around nonstop. I spent the entire meal waving my hands just to keep them away.

At one point, I genuinely felt like I was eating in a garbage dump rather than a restaurant. That’s how bad the fly situation was.

For a country known for cleanliness, this was shocking. I really hope the owners take hygiene more seriously. No matter how good the food might be, it’s impossible to enjoy it in...

The staff is brilliant and their kitchen world class. I would’ve happily paid twice this for a similar meal in New York or Toronto. Stayed at Hotel Terminus (lovely & easy to Verbier) attached to this gastro gem. Went with the 4 course menu complete and my mouth was treated with an escalation of flavour pleasures on every round.
