Came in and it looked very nice, very thematic, just like the menu (there were little vegetarian options). The staff was very distant though, awkwardly staring your way, and a staff member asked me for my order 4 times in 10 minutes. We were seated at a table for 8 with a family of 4. We had no drinking card, so prices were unknown. The restaurant stunk at times. My cola zero had no sparkles, meaning it was old from a badly closed bottled. The nachos were really in American style and size, but very bland tasting. No creme fraise or something alike. I wasn't warned that the scale was burning hot (sometimes the nachos get baked in one scale and transferred to a cold scale). Others at my table had eaten well though, they ate ribs, cordon bleu and a burrito. There were also a LOT of flies and I am not exaggerating, as I work with horses. Aside from the bacon, eggs and beans etc that help constitute a full English, there is also a fantastically wide selection of *brunch items such as cheeses, Asian fried rice, pancakes and syrup and plenty more.

Lebensmittelallergie wurde nicht ernst genommen, obwohl mehrmals gefragt, ob und wo Senf drin ist und was man demnach essen kann. Man fragte nach, hat was empfohlen was man essen könnte, jedoch befand sich das Allergen (Senf) trotzdem im Menu. Mein Mann musste vor Ort seine Notfallmedikamente einnehmen. 😠 so was geht gar nicht. Hätte er seine Medis nicht dabei gehabt, hätte man den Notruf kommen lassen müssen (Atemnot). Ausser einer kleinen Entschuldigung, kam nichts. Das Menu mussten wir bezahlen, nicht mal ein Dessert oder ein Kaffee wurden offeriert. Nicht gemütliches Ambiente nebst dem war das Essen enorm überwürzt, Burger Sauce versalzen... lieblos. Diese Burger haben nichts mit Amerika zu tun. Essen eher teuer. Bedienung lasch und anscheinend zu wenig deutsch verstehend. Allergien sollte man ernst nehmen!!! Kann schon mal in die Hose gehen fürs Restaurant, wenn der Gast dann kollabiert und fast erstickt wegen...
