I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the restaurant Auberge Fleur de Lys in Prilly, Lausanne region, Switzerland. This one focuses mainly on game meat. We had the saddle of venison, which was served in two courses, each accompanied by a variety of sides unique to each service. L'Auberge de la Fleur-de-Lys est reconnue pour la qualité de sa chasse. Une semaine à l’avance, j’ai eu la chance de pouvoir réserver la dernière table, donc pensez à réserver bien à l’avance !

Bon accueil avec une serveuse très sympa, rigolote et efficace qui était à l'écoute avec de bons conseils. Le repas, amuse bouche ; pour commencer, ravioli chasseur avec copeaux de parmesan. Entrées ; Foie de canard poêlé, vinaigre de framboise, pommes caramélisées au poivre de Jamaïque et son chutney de figues ainsi que son feuilleté aux bolets et chanterelles. Plat principal ; Entrecôte de chevreuil Mirza servi avec un assortiment de fruits et légumes avec spätzli maison. La cuisson de la viande était parfaite, elle fond dans la bouche… avec d’excellents accompagnements de saison. Dessert ; pour finir en beauté, nous avons terminé le repas par un café gourmand sublime.

I went here with a group. The main dish was beef and I don't eat beef my husband forgot to tell the restaurant before. They offered me vegan pasta. (I'm not fan of vegetables but the pasta is ok) I like appetizers and the dessert is good but the liquor taste is a bit too much for me.
