Traube's dishes are excellent in flavor and full of swiss character. That also applies to the service, which included a very nice "greet from the kitchen" and a visit from the hostess to add some extra Spatzle - it felt like mother was taking care of us.

Nachtrag nach Besuch im Restaurant: Wirklich begeisternd, hier bekommt man nicht nur top Qualität sondern auch eine schöne Portion Quantität.
