Wir waren zu viert im Restaurant Alchimia. Es ist ein junges Team, sie versuchten es so gut zu machen wie es geht, aber man merkt, dass eine gewisse Routine fehlt. Ein kleines Beispiel dafür ist, dass es nur eine Menükarte gab, die aus Word gedruckt und einfach zusammengefaltet war. Was auch noch ist, dass das Serviceteam nicht aufmerksam war. Als wir unsere Bestellung aufgegeben hatten, vergassen sie zum Teil, die Speisekarte wieder mitzunehmen. Die Tische sind nicht so gross, es ist also eher etwas eng. Zum Essen kann ich nur sagen, dass die Pizzas sehr gut waren. Das war das Highlight des Abends. Ein grosser Negativpunkt sind die Preise. Ein Beispiel: Ein grüner Salat kostet 10 Franken. Dafür bekommt man nur einen einfachen grünen Salat ohne Garnitur. Die Sauce muss man sich selbst zusammenmischen. In anderen Pizzerien bekommt man einen grünen Salat für weniger Geld und dazu noch mehr. Was auch übertrieben ist: Eine Kugel Eis kostet 6 Franken. Wenn es selbst gemacht wird, würde ich es verstehen. (Tipp: Wenn das so ist, würde ich es auf der Karte vermerken.) Ansonsten ist es viel zu teuer. Auch die Weine sind ziemlich an der oberen Grenze für so ein Restaurant. Ich würde es verstehen, wenn es ein gehobenes Restaurant wäre. Unser Fazit: Die Pizzen waren sehr lecker. Preis/Leistung stimmt...
