Ci siamo recati in questo caratteristico grotto, dall'ambiente caldo ed accogliente, il giorno dopo l'inaugurazione di cambio gestione. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, ottimo servizio e cibo delizioso. Abbiamo provato la cipolla tonnata ed il crostone di funghi come antipasto e la guancetta di manzo ed il pulled pork come piatti principali. Mai mangiato una guancetta così tenera in tutta la mia vita, dunque ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio...
