We had a wonderful experience at Restaurant Pony! We stayed in the cozy Beizli and enjoyed every dish - the Nüsslisalat was fresh and delicious, the Ravioli al Brasato perfectly cooked, and the Haxe tender and full of flavor. Terrible service! We came to this restaurant for lunch from Lucerne. Almost immediately they took our order for drinks and brought them. But for the next 25 minutes, none of the waitresses came up to us to take our food order. I raised my hand, signaled in different ways, but no one came up to us.
