EDIT: the owner’s response here says it all frankly. Reduced to one star for the rude response. Even the fact that he implies it’s somehow beneath him to be described as a ‘server’ speaks volumes. As to his response, there was no one really in the resto when we visited, and a couple of German guys who were there actually asked him what his issue was with our children, and whether THEY were even allowed to go outside for a cigarette! This kind of mediocre place will always make money I suppose, for to its location.

Arrived at 6:30 having reserved in advance and informed them we had 3 small children. Server complained about normal child noise, as a result we agreed with him that we’d have one drink and leave. Klein, urig, gemütlich - auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert! Reservieren empfiehlt sich, auch wenn der Wirt sich alle Mühe gibt und wenn möglich ein Plätzchen schafft, ist irgendwann doch die Stube voll. Man sitzt sehr gemütlich und da viele Tische in „Boxen“ separiert sind, ist man unter sich. Das ist auch perfekt mit Hund, denn die sind hier auch willkommen und können dadurch voneinander gut abgeschirmt werden (falls es mal doch nicht passt). Die Speisekarte hält für jeden Geschmack etwas bereit. Wir waren begeistert von der Qualität, Zubereitung und Geschmack. So sehr, dass wir gleich nochmal reserviert haben. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch das selbstgemachte Eis und ganz besonders die Sorte Roggenbrot - klingt komisch, schmeckt aber genial!
