Charming and unique hotel/restaurant. I was already excited before we went as the lady who booked our reservation on the phone was super nice ( her name is Laetitia). We booked an iglo outside.. it was so unique and despite the cold weather it was super warm inside. All staff was professional and accommodating. Nice tidy rooms, great beds, nice view, but missing a shower. There was only a bathtub. The personnel is friendly and nice. It was unfortunately very obvious that they are missing enough staffing. The food was very blend, no salt or pepper whatsoever. The mashed potatoes tasted the same as the meat or veggies. Also I got the coffee in a used cup. You could clearly see the lip marks and the rim of the previous coffee. For the breakfast there were no plates or glasses, so we took the coffee cup for orange juice and the coffee plates...

Absolutely awful. The service was abysmal. Seems like most of the staff are young trainees with little experience. Dinner was so disappointing with service always much delayed and dishes served not matching what was ordered. We tried to register our dissatisfaction but could only find the trainee staff - apparently the management had „gone home“ We came here 2 years ago and really enjoyed our stay but with new ownership it has gone totally downhill - so disappointing.
