This is an absolutely swiss hidden gem 💎 the invironment and the restaurant is like a fairytale hidden in a small valley, the food is amazing especially the fish, frog and the horse meat. Bei einer kleinen Karte, wie sie da führen, sollte für 2 Gerichte servieren, bei 40 max . Gäste auf der Terasse und 4 Gästen im Rest.kann es nichtsein, 1Std WARTEZEIT auf das bestellte Essen zu warten!!!!! Unter der Leitung des Herrn Papa wäre so etwas nicht möglich gewesen, wenn, dann hätte er sich entschuldigt. Als Gildekoch frage ich mich wie dieser Kü-Chef die nachfolgende Auszeichnung erworben hat...de plus la qualité des plats servis ne correspond pas a l attente. Truite trop petite, sauce quelconque qualité professionnelle mahleureusement pas héréditaire dommage!
