Arrivate qui per caso con un gruppo di amiche, dopo aver passato un pomeriggio alle terme di Lavey. Cercavamo un posto unico, con una cucina tipica. Una piccola strada di montagna, con un panorama spettacolare ci ha condotte fin a l'Auberge. Dopo aver approfittato della vista su tutta la vallata, siamo entrate in questo locale senza tempo. Decorazione moderna, ma caratteristica, ambiente intimo, raccolto. I proprietari si sono presi cura di noi da subito, accontentando ogni nostra esigenza e coccoloandoci anche con dei piccoli omaggi gastronomici durante tutta la cena. Il menù è molto semplice, ma la bontà e la qualità dei prodotti è assicurata. Questo locale può diventare un vero rituale dopo una bella giornata di terme.

Le top du top! Non seulement le cadre est très charmant, mais en plus les propriétaires sont aux petits oignons avec nous et on sent qu'ils aiment accueillir. On remarque aussi qu'ils ont le goût des choses bien faites, car chaque détail a été choisi avec soin. Pour en citer quelques uns, on note la belle vaisselle, les produits vraiment locaux et de haute qualité, l’aménagement raffiné sans être surfait, les séparations à l’effigie des Dents du Midi dans les dortoirs, …Sans pour autant en profiter pour afficher des prix exorbitants, et ça c’est beau. Merci!

Bons plats typiques de ce type d'établissements, simples et souvent avec des produits locaux. Délicieux desserts maison. Actually a nice location while the women who owned the place was quite nice. Funny that when i couldn’t locate anyone inside i put my phone at charging. That turned out to be a disaster since i didn’t ask, which i obviously did when he pointed it out and told him i was sorry. Nevertheless, after that no charging could be done for such stupid tourists which felt like home without respect. The clock got late and we got laughed at when we where about to walk to salanfe and where told we would never make it. 5hours he said we would use, ended up at 2h50m in total:) hope for a better experience for...

Left the place this morning. The friendliest host quality I have ever experienced. As soon as we got there they offered a refreshment. The food is fresh and local prepared delightfully by the most eloquent gentleman and served by the loveliest lady. We were a group of 5 people and slept in a 6 bedroom dormitory with the most amazing view. The breakfast was VERY generous and they prepared an amazing picnic for our hike. If I could give them more stars, I would. One of the most amazing and cozy...

We loved our stay here for the night. We were lucky in that there were only 4 guests so the dormitory was pretty empty. Faculties were great - proper showers! Nice terrace to enjoy a beer in the sun.

Best of all were Maggie and Hervé! Super friendly, they looked after us very well. We had a delicious dinner and breakfast and sent on our way with a picnic! They are super hosts! Would like to...
