L'Envol By Stéph & Céline — Restaurant in Savièse

So we stopped in the mountains in this sunny and snowy mid day. Of course we had a reservation.Céline and Stéphanie were waiting fand extended a warm welcome. The place is gorgeous with a unique panorama on the Swiss Alps. We were 9 persons, celebrating a milestone birthday. A little white wine aperitif on the terrace and we were guided to the single dining room with a beautiful set table. Then we started our five course menu and … it will be (is) unforgetable! Each dish had its unique combination of tastes from the local region to what French cuisine produces at its best. Swiss wines were paired elegantly. We can only refer to this festin as made with the love of cooking and the love for guests. We only have one regret: once the extended lunch was over, we had to leave to our “normal” life. Nous avons passé un moment magique grâce à votre accueil chaleureux et cette ambiance feutrée et amicale qui fait toute la différence. Le menu était tout simplement extraordinaire, chaque plat une découverte de saveurs sublimes. Quant au dessert, il était digne des plus grands pâtissiers, une vraie œuvre d’art pour les yeux et les papilles !
