It’s definitely a special place with an uncommon menu, we enjoyed from the beginning until the end. They served us in a super polite way. The “gruss aus die küche” is a very nice and special thing they offer to their clients. We will visit them again.

Einfach zusammengefasst: Ein unaufgeregter und sehr fürsorglicher Service bringt unglaublich lecker zubereitetes Essen.

Wir haben uns zum Hochzeitstag den 6-Gänger geleistet . Zusammen mit 2(!) amuse bouches und dem Sorbet Zwischengang - alle eher umfangreicher als gewohnt - waren das dann fast schon 9 Gänge. Auch die einzelnen Gänge muss man nicht mit der Lupe suchen, Herr Bänziger bringt es nicht übers Herz, die Portionen winzig zu machen 😉.

Über das Ambiente lässt sich diskutieren. Wer ein durchgestyltes schickimicki oder den Charme eines Landgasthofs sucht, ist hier falsch (trotzdem ist das Essen sensationell). Wer es aber entspannend findet, dass man sich eher wie bei Freunden im Wohnzimmer fühlt, für den passt auch das perfekt.
