Manora Restaurant Sierre — Restaurant in Sierre

At 14h30 I waited with my daughter and son for service at the bubble tea counter. One woman was working the till but the other lady was oblivious and loaded the fridge for 10 minutes and we couldn’t get served and so we left. We live locally and come frequently to the centre but we will not be going to the restaurant. It really was not busy. We were going to buy bubble tea x 3 and then crepes x 3. By having poorly trained staff, Manora is losing money.

This restaurant treated my husband and our table like criminals, they showed up with security because they thought we didn’t pay for an extra jam. How pathetic. Dine here only if you wish to feel like a criminal. I would give them zero stars but that’s not a option. I will wait for the next restaurant to take their place, which won’t be long with this kind of low...

Le monsieur qui préparait le poisson (brochette) a été très poli, professionnel et serviable. En plus c'était bon :-) le personnel avec qui nous avons échangé a était très accueillant et serviable ( la dame qui nous a fait goûter les spécialité portugaise, la dame qui nous a renseigné sur les vins ainsi que la dame de la caisse)

Nous avons beaucoup aimé aussi du fait que ce n'est pas la même chose dans tous les Manora. Par exemple le vendredi soir nous avons voulu tester le service à Sion et nous avons décidé de ne pas rester car personne des 3 collaborateurs que travaillaient est venu nous demander ce que nous voulions. Un homme a carrément tourné le dos à la clientèle pendant qu'il parlait au telephone..... à Sierre nous avons été très content au niveau de la...
