Seerestaurant Beatenbucht — Restaurant in Sigriswil

I felt super uncomfortable in this restaurant. When we first got here and tried to talk to one of the workers, a lady with a blonde pixie cut and blue eyes, she rudely responded in German and walked by fast. I later saw her speaking perfect English to a white American family nearby. As someone from South Asia I feel absolutely offended and there is no need to act so egotistic if you cannot afford the food at your own restaurant. The other workers were okay but some need to be humbled. Following everything I do want to say the food was good and the portion sizes were good too. Just watch out for this lady if you visit the restaurant and either are not dressed...

Superb location just right in front of the lake and easy access from the street. There are parking spaces in the front. The view is definitely a hands down with mountain end the end of the lake. The service was also very friendly, and charming. Around 10 tables inside the restaurant. I never book the table for lunch. But we do come early to get the table on the view side. The food itself were averagely good for my taste. French fried had too much salt and I have had a lot better Pizza but considering all factors, it's worth a visit, if you are around in the area - even just for a coffee...

Great Restaurant, friendly stuff and a really nice view. Stopped by for a nibble and a drink and will definately go back for dinner or lunch. Great price value. The white wine was really good, great recommandation from the waiter. Also the pizzadough was homemade and tastet delicious. The people who are working there are super friendly and they also have a laugh with each other, that lifts the atmosphere aswell. Happy to...
