Worth the detour to this little restaurant ( but check availability) Fabian the owner welcomes the guests very warmly and is an excellent host. Standing himself behind the barbecue preparing excellent dried aged meat and risotto. The green salad comes from his mothers garden and the ham and dried beef are prepared with a lot of passion by the owner himself on premises. Looking forward to our next passage over the Simplone Pass and definitely stopping by Fabian.
