Al Cacciatore — Restaurant in Soazza

My wife and I visited Soazza in June of 2018. Our host at Hotel Soazza recommended Al Cacciatore as it was only open for less than a week when we were there and had no clue it even existed until she told us. The restaurant sits next to the mountain stream that flows through town and the table water is actually bottled from this stream.

Food was excellent and was presented very beautifully. Everyone was very friendly and was able to explain the dishes to us non Swiss folk. There’s not many dining options in Soazza, so this was a great addition to this sleepy Swiss...
